Replace text in a Bookmark with text containing an Enter

I found an issue in the Paragraph.cs function ReplaceAtBookmark.

when I try to replace the text in a bookmark which already contains text; the function ReplaceAtBookmark_Add isn't used. Consequently the function HelperFunctions.FormatInput isn't used so a '\n' isn't converted to <br/>

as a dirty workaround I've changed the last line of the ReplaceAtBookmark function with this:
            contentElement.Value = "";
            ReplaceAtBookmark_Add(toInsert, bookmark);
But this doesn't replace all the content when there's already an enter in the Bookmark text.

What would be a better solution?
