Release Notes

This version of DocX finally contains the long awaited support for Headers and Footers. Users have been requesting this functionality for a long time and I have been reluctant to add it because it required a large re-factoring of the core DocX code base.

I have taken every care not to break backwards compatibility but due to the shear size of this new feature, it is likely that I have introduce a few bugs. If you find a bug please create a new item in the "Issue Tracker" tab and I will try and patch it as soon as possible.

New Features

1) Support for Headers and Footers
2) Paragraph.InsertHyperlink(int index, Hyperlink h) - Added by Brian Campbell aka chickendelicious.
3) Hyperlink.Remove() - Removes a Hyperlink from a Paragraph.
4) Hyperlink.Uri and Hyperlink.Text - Gets or Sets a hyperlinks Hyperlink or Visible Text.
5) Updated documentation.

I have written a blog post here which contains code examples of all the new features listed above.

The future

Reviews for this release

This is very well put together and documented. I've been searching for a way to build an invoice for my client and after much researching I've come across DocX and it's really been a time saver. The only request I have is if the Invoice example could be updated to this version, as there are some changes that could be confusing for someone who hasn't "followed" this project from the beginning.
